"Emotion arises at the place where mind and body meet. It is the body's reaction to your mind - or you might say, a reflection of your mind in the body."

-Eckhart Tolle

I moved to Flagstaff in 2017 to pursue physical therapy but fell in love with massage along the way. In my free time, I enjoy biking, weightlifting, and practicing yoga. I enjoy spending time outdoors and live an active lifestyle.

I graduated massage school from Arizona school of integrative studies and have been in love with my career choice. I get to help my clients feel optimally in their bodies so they can feel free doing the things they love. I value the importance of being "in the body." I believe we arrive at a place of true awareness in our own body, we can be present to experience life fully. With this presence and union of body and mind, freedom and peace are found.

It is my belief that the mind and body are one. Each of us has a unique body with its own story. From my own personal work, it is clear to me that emotions are stored in the tissues of the body, which causes pain. I am passionate about the importance of functional movement with proper body mechanics. Massage helps alleviate restrictions that can lead to poor body mechanics, pain and injury.

My specialties include deep tissue, Swedish, connective tissue and sports massage. My knowledge of anatomy, and history as an athlete has helped shape my style of massage and my approach. I open my doors to anyone who values wellness, is seeking optimal performance, or is on a journey to seeking better connection to their bodies.

I help clients achieve their health goals by providing attention and space for the creation of awareness and release of tension. I believe massage carries much value on a journey to wellness. It is my goal to help others achieve their optimum potential so they may embody their true essence.
