My specialties include deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and injury/rehab. My knowledge of anatomy, and athletic training has helped shape my style of massage and my approach. I open my doors to anyone who values wellness, is seeking optimal performance, or is on a journey to seeking better connection to their bodies.​

 

It's my belief that the mind and body are one. Each of us has a unique body with its own story. From my own personal work, it is clear to me that emotions can be stored in the tissues of the body, which can cause pain. I understand how massage can help the mental and emotional body as much as the physical.  

 

I am passionate about the importance of functional movement with proper body mechanics. Massage helps alleviate restrictions that can lead to tension, pain and/or injury. ​​I believe massage carries value on a journey to wellness. It is my goal to help others achieve their optimum potential so they may embody their true essence.
